What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, company, designation, contact details and your message. When you submit a CV we collect your contact details, functional area, experience, optional LinkedIn link and note, and the CV file you upload.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To consider you for roles that match your profile and to contact you about them.
• To keep our website secure, for example by limiting repeated submissions.

Who sees it

Your information is available only to our team. We share a candidate’s CV with an employer only after speaking with the candidate about the specific role. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records. CVs are kept on file so we can match you to future roles, until you ask us to remove them.
